Detection of Infectious Markers

New hyper-spectral platform for the simultaneous and ultrasensitive detection of infectious markers

Computational study of the immobilization of antibodies on sensory surfaces for the detection of the HIV virus. Atomistic simulations to obtain an initial modeling of a complex sensor system made of a silica and/or gold surface interacting with an immobilized IgG1 monoclonal antibody will be performed. Both classical MD and high-level hybrid methodologies will be conducted to study the stability and structure of the sensor as well asdifferent interactions among its components.
