Corrosion Laboratory
The group of Innovation in Materials and Molecular Engineering - Biomaterials for Regenerative Therapies (IMEM-BRT) has been working for many years with private companies and public bodies in matters of maintenance, prevention and evaluation of corrosion in manufactured equipment and industrial facilities with metals and metal alloys. We also carry out evaluation tasks of organic coatings (paints or thermoplastic coatings) applied to metal structures for barrier protection against corrosion in various industrial facilities and for the protection of equipment.
